Experience & Expertise

I have extensive experience in real estate sales, marketing, and the management of sales professionals in the home building industry. My skills include all facets of both selling a client's residence and representing clients as buyers, including identification of a client's wants and needs, analysis and research in locating a residence, property marketing, achieving desired purchase agreement terms, and navigating the complex escrow process. As a native and lifelong resident of Paradise Valley and Scottsdale, I offer a thorough understanding of the metropolitan Phoenix market. It is critical to me that my clients feel comfortable and confident in the buying and selling process and know they are being heard. Personal

As a Scottsdale native and resident, I have witnessed the incredible changes and significant population growth in the Phoenix metropolitan area over the past several decades. The Valley continues to be a wonderful place for its residents to thrive — including my own family! My wife and I have celebrated over three decades of marriage, and we are blessed with two adult sons and a beautiful daughter-in-law. Our life together prioritizes participation in our church community and spending time with friends and family.
